How do I update RAID?

1. Open the RAID log (Risks, Issues, Actions, etc.).
2. Click an item to open it.
3. Update the status, owner, RAG or other fields.
4. Add a note in the Updates log to record what changed.
5. Save.

Use the RAG and escalation fields to flag items that need leadership attention.
