How do I monitor remaining budget?
Track total spend, remaining allocated budget and overspend indicators.

The Financials page
The Financials page (Financial Overview) shows your project's financial position at a glance:
- Allocated budget — the project's working budget.
- Contingency — the contingency reserve.
- Target budget — allocated budget plus contingency.
- Total spend — the sum of all active spend entries.
- Remaining allocated — allocated budget minus total spend.
- Overspend indicator — shows when total spend exceeds the allocated budget.
Weekly and cumulative spend
Spend entries are grouped by category (CAPEX, OPEX, Suppliers). You can see:
- Weekly spend — for resource entries, grouped by the week-commencing date.
- Cumulative spend — the running total over time.
Only Project Managers, SROs and Organisation Administrators can see the financial overview. Team Members do not see financial data.
