Financial snapshots on Highlight Reports

When you save a Highlight Report, ClearVerso captures a financial snapshot of the project at that moment. The snapshot includes:

  • Allocated budget
  • Contingency
  • Target budget
  • Total spend
  • Remaining allocated budget
  • Currency
  • Whether the project is overspent

Draft vs published

  • Draft reports — the financial snapshot reflects the latest financial position each time you save.
  • Published reports — the financial snapshot is immutable. It preserves the financial figures exactly as they were at the time of publication, so the board paper remains an accurate historical record.

Who sees it

The financial snapshot is only displayed to users with financial access — Project Managers, SROs and Organisation Administrators. Other readers do not see the financial panel.

The financial snapshot gives the board an accurate picture of the project's financial position at the time the report was published.
